- RepairScore scores are informational, not professional repair or financial advice.
- Free accounts get 2 searches per month. Paid plans unlock more.
- Don't scrape, abuse, or try to game the free tier by making multiple accounts.
- We're not liable for repair decisions you make based on our scores.
1.Acceptance of Terms
By using RepairScore at repairscore.eu you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated version.
2.Service Description
RepairScore helps you evaluate whether a product is worth repairing or replacing. The service provides:
- AI-generated repair scores based on parts availability, repair complexity, and cost data.
- Information about EU Right to Repair legislation and consumer rights.
- Guidance on local repair options and parts pricing.
3.Free Tier Limits
Resets on the 1st of each month. Additional searches require a paid subscription or credit pack.
We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits with reasonable notice.
4.Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent the free tier limit.
- Scrape or systematically extract data from RepairScore without written permission.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code.
- Transmit malicious code or disruptive content.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Use RepairScore to generate misleading assessments for commercial gain.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without notice.
5.Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Repair scores are estimates. They may not reflect the actual cost or complexity of a specific repair in your location.
6.Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RepairScore is not liable for:
- Losses from relying on repair scores or recommendations.
- Repair or replacement costs based on information from the service.
- Data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) €50.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, and in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
7.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.
If you are an EU consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence still apply. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
